ENTERTAINMENT Hustler? Check Out The Ksh 1.2 Billion House DP William Ruto Is Building In Eldoret (Photos)

Deputy President, William Samoei Ruto is one of the most powerful men in Kenya, but he did not wake up one morning to find himself  as the influential leader he is today. He got there through hard work, resilience and determination.
From selling chicken and peanuts to passengers plying the Nakuru-Eldoret highway, Ruto clawed his way through the murky political waters to become the second-highest executive official in the Kenyan government.
The self-proclaimed ‘hustler’ knows too well the struggles he had to endure to be where he is today, therefore he spares no coin when it comes to rewarding himself and enjoying the pleasures that life has to offer.
The latest self-reward is a multi-million-shilling home that the DP is putting up  in Eldoret town. According to reports, the house worth Ksh. 1.2 Billion, this doubles  the value of  official residence in Karen, which cost the government Sh453 Million.
The posh home sits on 20 acres, which is part of a 700 acre plot bought by Ruto in Moiben constituency, Uasin Gishu county.
It boasts of an office block, garage, swimming pool, library, gym, generator house, staff residence, and an airstrip.
